龙须草种子生命力的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on the Seed Vitality of Eulaliopsis binata

用不同贮藏时间的龙须草种子做发芽和出苗试验。结果表明：种子的贮藏时间不同，其发芽和出苗率不同，差异极显著；采收当年的种子发芽率可达８０％左右，毛籽（含护颖）出苗率可达７５％，光籽出苗率只有５６％；采收第二年的种子发芽率５０％左右，毛籽出苗率４４３％，光籽出苗率只有２４％；采收第三年的种子发芽率１５％～１８％，毛籽出苗率１５％，光籽出苗率只有１０％。

Germination and emergence test was conducted on Eulaliopsis binata  seeds stored for different time. Results showed that with different storage time, germination and emergence percentage was different, and the differences were extremely significant. The germination percentage of the first year seeds was about 80%, with the emergence percentage of 75% and 56% for hairy and bare seeds respectively. The germinatin percentage of the second year seeds was about 50%, with the emergence percentage of 44 3% and 24% for hairy and bare seeds respectively. The germination percentage of the third year seeds was from 15% to 18%, with the emergence percentage of 15% and 10% for hairy and bare seeds respectively.
