摘要
测定了田间采集的一些芦笋茎枯病菌菌株对甲基托布津的敏感性,结果表明:芦笋茎枯病菌对甲基托布津已存在不同程度的抗药水平。在离体条件下用百可得、百菌清、福美双、敌力脱、烯唑醇、乙霉威对甲基托布津敏感、抗药菌株进行测定,结果显示:烯唑醇、百可得的EC50为0.20~0.35μg/mL,敌力脱、百菌清的EC50为035~2.0μg/mL,福美双抑菌效果不明显。高抗菌株对乙霉威敏感,而低抗、中抗菌株表现不敏感。
Susceptibitity of some strains of Phomopsis asparagi Sacc to thiophanate methyl(TM) was tested in vitro. The results showed that there were different levels of resistance in field isolates. The inhibitory effect of guazatine, chlorthalonil, diniconazole, thiram, propaconazole, diethofencarb on strains of P asparagi was tested in vitro. EC 50 of diniconazole and guazatine was 0.20~0.35 μg/mL, and EC 50 of propaconazole and chlorthalonil was 0.35~2.0 μg/mL. The inhibitory effect of thiram was not obvious. Highly resistant isolates were sensitive to diethofencarb, the isolates with low or moderate resistance were not.
