摘要
采用气相色谱分析方法对太湖新银鱼和近太湖新银鱼的脂肪酸组成进行了分析。结果表明,两种新银鱼脂肪酸组成大体相近,均以C16,C18,C20脂肪酸为主,这3类脂肪酸总重量分别占两种银鱼总脂肪酸重量的68.55%和6415%,同时C16:0,C16:1,C18:0,C20:3,C20:5为两种银鱼的主要脂肪酸。对太湖新银鱼和近太湖新银鱼整体、躯体及头部脂肪酸含量的对比分析结果表明,这两种新银鱼脂肪酸组成存在一定差异,其中C16:1,C16:3在3个测定组中均存在极显著性差异。
The fatty acid composition of Neosalanx taihuensis Chen and Neosalanx pseudotaihuensis Zhang was analysed by gas chromatography. The results showed that the composition of fatty acids(FA) in the two kinds of fish was very similar. C 16 , C 18 and C 20 made up 68.55% and 64.15% of mass of the total FA in Neosalanx taihuensis Chen and Neosalanx pseudotaihuensis Zhang respectively. C 16:0 , C 16:1 , C 18:0 , C 18:1 , C 20:3 and C 20:5 were the main fatty acids. The analysis of FA in the whole body, body without head and head showed that some differences of FA composition in the two kinds of fish existed. C 16:1 , C 20:3 were significantly different in the three measurement groups.
