不同生长期等因素对扁桃组培初代培养的影响

Effect of Several Factors on Primary Culture of Z Prunus communis Frish

对扁桃外植体不同生长期、不同长度及采用不同基本培养基和外源激素处理外植体组培的初代培养试验，结果表明：不同生长期的外植体正常分化要求不同的外源激素的配比，而对基本培养基适应范围较广；培养基外源激素的添加量随外植体不同的生长期而变化，才能维持外植体及其培养物的正常生长，但接近落叶期的外植体无论激素水平多高，都很难分化；不同外植体长度的诱导结果差异较大，长度以０５～１ｃｍ较为适宜。

Primary culture test was carried out on Prunus communis Frish explants of different growth stage,length,and handling with different media and exogenous phytohormone.The test results indicated that the normal differentiation of the explants with different growth stage required different exogenous phytohormone in concentration proportion,however had wide adaptability to minimal medium.The amount of exogenous added in medium should be varied with the explant's growth stage,so as to maintain the normal growth of explant and it's culture.The explant nearly to abscission period could not differentiate even handling it with phytohormone of very high level.The inducible effect of the explants with different length varied largely,and the explants length of 051cm was suitable.
