摘要
１９９３～１９９６年，开展了松香改性配制道路标线漆用热塑树脂的研究。根据松香的物质组成，化学性质以及热熔道路标线漆用热塑树脂的性能要求，进行改性方案设计。通过改性剂种类和用量的选择；反应时间和温度优选等试验，试制出能完全满足热熔标线漆需要的松香改性树脂，并探索出完备的工艺操作程序。通过对松香改性树脂及其配制的热熔道路标线漆性能测定，以及道路划线试验，表明其性能合乎标准，标线使用符合要求，使用寿命达１５～２年，获得良好的经济效益，为加工生产松香的改性产品拓宽了道路。
The study on modification of rosin to prepare road marking paintusing thermoplastic resin was carried out from 1993 to 1996.The modification scheme was designed according to the chemical composition,chemical property of resin and the performance requirement of road marking paintusing thermoplastic resin.Through a series tests such as selection of sorts and amount required of modifier,selection of optimum reaction time and temperature,the resin which could meet the needs of hot melt road marking paintusing modificated from rosin was manufactured.Meanwhile,the complete technological process was worked out.Through determination on characteristics of modification resin and hot melt road marking paint,and the test of marking road,the results indicated that their characteristics attained the relevant standard and requirement.The service life of the road graticule was 152 years.
