摘要
以内蒙古巴盟磴口县河套蜜瓜为试材,研究了河套蜜瓜成熟衰老过程中淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶、乙烯、果胶含量以及呼吸强度的变化特点,结果表明,河套蜜瓜是典型的呼吸跃变型果实,与成熟密切相关的物质代谢与呼吸代谢的酶最早出现的高峰期是淀粉酶在开花座果后27d,过氧化氢酶在开花座果后20d,随后出现物质代谢和呼吸代谢高峰。乙烯含量第1次高峰出现在开花座果27d时,促进果实成熟,采后7d出现第2次高峰,此时果实开始腐烂。
The activities of amylase and hydrogen peroxidase, the content of ethylene and pectin,and the variation of resperiatory intensity during the fruit mature and senescence in He_Tao Melon(Cucumis melon CV He_Tao) which wsas produced in Dengkou County Innet Mongolia were studied.The results showed that the peak of the enzymes active of matter and resperiation metabolism appearied in early stage, that of the amylase was in the 27th day after flowering, that of hydrogen peroxidase was in the 20th day after flowering,the peak of the metabolism of matter and resperiation occured in the following stage, the peak of ethylene content first apeared in the 27th day afteflowering to promote the fruit mature, the second peak of it apeared in the 7th day after harvesting, at the same time the fruit began rotting.
