菠菜种子和幼苗用复合盐处理对生长及离子吸收的影响

摘要 用30mmol/l的复合盐对菠菜的种子及幼苗进行了试验,结果表明种子及幼苗处理都有促进幼苗生长,增加单株产量的作用。对种子及幼苗进行双重处理的效果更显著。用复合盐浇灌幼苗使植株体内的钠、钙、镁的含量增加了,而使钾、氮、磷的含量减少了。浸种处理对植株体内的离子含量没有明显影响。 The seed and seedling of spinach were irregated with 300 m mol/l compound salt. The results were as follows: The treatment for seed and seedling had the effect on promoting seedling growth and increasing the unit yield. The effects were more obvious if both seed and seedling were treated. The seedling was irrigated with compound salt could make the contents of Na +,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ increase and the contents of K +,N.P decrease in plant. The seed soaking treatment hadn ,t obvious effect on the content of ion in the plant.
