摘要
本文利用枯草芽孢杆菌对月季、波斯菊、除虫菊进行生物保鲜试验表明,低浓度生物制剂对鲜切花有延长花期作用,以除虫菊为最好,但高浓度对鲜切花有毒害作用,其中除虫菊反应不敏感,其毒害机理是否与该菌体或某一代谢产物有关尚需进一步研究。
The biopreservation trials on the flowers of rose, CosmosBipinnatus and Chrysautemum cinerariaefolium were conducted in the research.The result showed that flowering duration could be prolonged when the concentration of biopreservatives was low. The effect on Chrysautemum cinerariaefolium was the best. It was also proved that the high concentration of biopreservative was poisonous to the flowers but the flowers of Chrysautemum cinerariaefolium was not sensitive to poison. Whether or not mechanism of poison was related to biopreservatives or to metabolism material should be put to further research.
