淋巴结Kaposi′s肉瘤(附16例报告)

KAPOSI′S SARCOMA IN LYMPH NODE:REPORT OF 16 CASES

淋巴结是Kaposi′s肉瘤(KS)最常受累的器官,组织图像与皮肤KS相同。淋巴结KS可直接由KS累及,或为皮肤KS所伴发。本文16例中有3例伴有皮肤KS。1例淋巴结活检后检测HIV抗体证实为AIDS,故认为活检和血清HIV抗体检测对发现和诊断AIDS具有重要意义。

Sixteen patients with KS in lymph node,include 10 adults,6 under 10 years,male 11,female 5.One of the 16 patients was provedAIDS after biopsy.Three of them were with KS of skin.The histologicalfeature of KS in lymph node is similar to that of skin lesions.Lymphnode changes in relation to KS may be grouped into four cases:(1)nonspecific inflammatory change in a lymph node draining an a(?)ea ofulcerated cutaneous KS;(2)marked follicular hyperplasia and hyperva-scularity;(3)malignant lymphomas of various types occuring morefrequently in KS patients;(4)direct involvement by tumor process inassociation with or without cutaneous KS.Biopsy and HIV-antibody exa-mination are of importence to the discovery and diagnisis of AIDS。
