摘要
目的:为得到较精确的血液本构参数,从流体运动方程出发,建立了一套通过切应力与转速直接求双圆筒流变仪中非牛顿流体真实表观粘度及本构参数的数值方法.使用Quemada方程与K-L方程对血液的研究表明,该方法的结果与传统方法之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),所得转换因子随切应力而变化,该方法是一种使用方便、精度较高的方法.
In order to obtain more precise blood constitutive parameters, a numerical method which can calculate the real apparent viscosity and the constitutive parameters of nonnewtonian fluid was presented. The method was deduced from hydrodynamic equation just employed two measured values. that is, the shear stress and the angular velocity. It was found that the calculated results by Quemada equation and KL equation were significantly different from those by the traditional method (P<0.05). The method is easy to use with high precision.
