血液稀释疗法对血液流变特性的影响

Effect of the hemodilution on the hemorheological characteristics

目的：研究血液稀释疗法对血液流变特性的影响．方法：对11例脑梗塞后遗症患者施行等容血液稀释疗法，检测治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的常规血液流变指标与Quamada方程及K－L方程的血液本构方程参数．结果：血液稀释疗法可引起全血高切表观粘度、低切表观粘度、红细胞比容与红细胞聚集性等血液流变指标及QA，QD，K。等血液本构参数的显著变化（P＜0．05），但对标准血细胞比容组却无此作用．结论：血液稀释的主要机理在于降低血细胞比容，从而改善与此相关的流变学指标，最终达到对心脑血管系统的冲洗与治疗作用．

AIM: To study the effect of the hemodilution(HD)on the hemorheological characteristics. METHODS: The hemorheological characteristics and blood constitutive parameters (BCPs) of 11 patients suffering from cerebral ischemia were investigated in the duration of HD treatment. RESULTS: Some of BCPs have significant changes during HD (P<0.05), but these changes disappear at standard Hct. CONCLUSION: HD can make Hot decrease and then improve the related BPCs and hemorheological performance. Moreover the washing effect may be its main role on the cardiovascular system.
