摘要
本试验结果表明;水杨醛-N′-(2-呋喃硫羰基)腙及其过渡金属铜(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)配合物对13种受试细菌具有程度不同的抑菌作用,铜(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌作用最强。
Bacteriostatic study of salicylaldehyde-2-furanthiocarboxyhydra-zone(SFTCH)and its copper(Ⅱ),nickel(Ⅱ)complexes have been dis-cussed.The results showed that these compounds exist magnificent bacteri-cidal activities against thirteen kinds of bacteria.The general activity orderis Cu(Ⅱ)complex>Ni(Ⅱ)complex<SFTCH.These compounds are moreactive against gram positive bacteria than against gram negative bacteria.
