拔除留置尿管的时机对排尿的影响

Affections on Urination by Removing Catheter

对２２５例留置尿管病人进行了拔除尿管时机的探讨，实验组１１８例在膀胱充盈时拔管，对照组１０７例在膀胱空虚时拔管，观察拔管后第１次排尿量、排尿是否需要诱导。结果显示：两组排尿量无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；实验组自然排尿成功率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示膀胱充盈时拨除尿管比膀胱空虚时拔管优越。

To study the affections on urination,225 patients with bladder catheterization were investigated in thisexperiment. The patients were devided into two groups randomly. 1 18 patients were in the experimental group, in whichcatheters were removed when the bladders were full, while 107 patients in the contrast group, in which catheters wereramoved when the bladders were empty. The first interim of urination, the volume and the status of inducement wereinvestigated . The results show: the rate of natural urinating is higher in experimental group (P< 0. 01) , while the volumehave no significant difference in both groups ( P>0 . 05 ) . It suggests that removing catheter when the bladder is full mighthave more benefits to restore natural urination than when the bladder is empty.
