口内径路神经切断术治疗三叉神经痛Ⅱ、Ⅲ支(174例报告及治疗与复发关系探讨)

Trigeminal Neurectomy with Intraoral Incision Approach for Idiopathic Trigeminal Neuralgia Ⅱ、Ⅲ(Reported of 174 Cases and Discussed of Relative Treatment and Recurrence)

为提高三叉神经痛的手术治疗效果，减少术后复发，采用口腔内径路行神经切断、切除术治疗１７４例．术后近期控痛率１００％，复发率为１．７２％；三叉神经切断口内径路方法新、创伤小、恢复快、效果好，三叉神经痛术后复发可能与解剖及处理不善有关．

In order to improve the therapeutic results of trigeminal neuralgia and to reduce postoperational morbidity.Thetrans-oral incision maxillary and/or mandibular nerve section is a relatively new procedure.It appears to have the potential to become a sound treatment for intractable trigeminal neuralgia.The method showed that is an effective,the visual field clear,recovered quickly,slight injured.The author emphasizes that the management of the nerve branch during operation may have a close relation with the post-operative recurrence rate.
