血管狭窄形成过程中血管塑形的作用

摘要 建立小型猪髂动脉内膜损伤后血管狭窄模型,结合计算机图像分析系统统计内膜及管腔变化过程。结果术后6天内,内弹力膜(IEL)下面积无明显变化,无血管狭窄形成;至第12天管腔狭窄形成,其中内膜增生占73.53%,IEL下面积减少占26.47%;至第30天,管腔狭窄加重,此时内膜增生占23.08%,IEL下面积减少占7692%。由此可见,血管狭窄的形成是由内膜增生和血管塑形共同作用的结果,在不同阶段二者的作用程度不同。 We established iliac arterial narrowing models in minipigs, then observed changes of intima and lumen by color image analysis system. The result showed that there was no magnificant change in the area encircled by intimal elastic lamina (IEL area) and no narrowness. The arterial narrowness was formed from 12th day after injury, intimal hyperlasia and loss of IEL area contributed to 73. 53% and 26. 47% to the narrowness respectively. The narrowness deepened on the 30th day, intimal hyperlaisa and loss of IEL area contributed to 23. 08% and 76. 92% respectively. There fore we concluded that both of intimal hyperlasia and loss of IEL area are the key factors in the pathogenesis of arterial narrowness after injury, but they take a different role in different stages.
