摘要
用银胶染色一步法,对29例视网膜母细胞瘤Ag-NORs进行了定量研究。健康存活组15例平均每个瘤细胞核内Ag-NORs4.78个,死亡组14例平均7.60个,差别具有高度显著性意义(P<0.001)。结果表明,Ag-NORs可成为估计视网膜母细胞瘤预后的有意义的组织学指标。
Using a silver colloid staining technique(one-step method),
Nucleolar organizer region-associated proteins(Ag-NORs)have been studied
quantitatively in paraffin sections of 29 cases of retinoblastoma.A signifi-
cant difference was found between the numbers of Ag-NORs in the nuclei
of survival group(a mean of 4.78 per nucleus)and those of dead group
(a mean of 7.60 per nucleus)(P<0.001).It is suggested that mean
number of Ag-NORs is of prognostic value in retinoblastoma.
