摘要
为研究心脏与内关穴神经投射的关系,作者建立了以调整心脏功能,以心电变化为指标的内关“得气”动物模型。用类霍乱原结合辣根过氧化物酶(CB-HRP)为标记物,分别注入“得气”的内关穴及左、右心室壁,追踪观察心室和内关穴区各类神经纤维胞体在中枢和周围神经节内分布和形态特点。标记心脏的结果:在一定节段的脊神经节、交感神经节、脊髓灰质和迷走神经下节中都出现了酶标记细胞。在脊髓Rc-1ando胶状质、脊髓前角、延髓迷走神经核区也见有酶标记细胞,从而更新了心脏神经支配的传统概念。
Injecting CB-HRP into heart ventricular wall of 15 rabbits.
The labeled cells were found in the both sides spinal ganglia C_3-T_7;cervicaI
and T_1-T_10 sympathetic ganglia;inferior ganglion of vagus N.In same
eases the labeled cells were also found in the anterior horn or gelatinous
substance in the thoracic spinal segment,a few labeled cells appeared in
dorsal nucleus of vagus N.
Above results suggested:1.The sympathetic afferent fibers innervating
the ventricular wall arise from the spinal ganglia C_3-T_7.2.The nerve
fibers supplying the point Neiguan and the ventricle can project on the same
spinal ganglia and sympathetic ganglia.3.There is the afferent projecting
area of ventricle on the gelatinous substance.4.The afferent fibers of
vagus N.innervating the ventricle originate the inferior ganglion of vagus
N.5.In the ventricle there are efferent fibers the dorsal nucleus of vagus
N.6.The efferent neurons of ventricle may be of presence in the spinal
anterior horn.
