食管贲门癌切除后胸内食管胃Gambee氏单层吻合的临床应用

APPLICATION OF GAMBEE′S SINGLE LAYER ANASTOMOSIS IN CHEST AFTER REMOVING ESOPHAGIAL AND CARDIAC CARCINOMA

对36例食管及贲门癌患者行胃食管胸内Gambee氏单层吻合术,除2例术后发生局限性吻合口痿外,无术后吻合口狭窄及其他并发症。应用此法吻合口粘膜及粘膜下层对合准确,组织损伤较小,血运良好,有利于吻合口愈合,尤适用于行贲门癌手术胃切除过多,做双层套入式吻合困难者。

Gambee′s single layer anastomosis in chest cavity esophagoga- strostomy had been performed after resecting cardiac and esophageal car- cinoma in 36 cases.The result was satisfactory.No narrowness and other complications took place besides local leakage had occured in 2 cases and recovered by given general treatment.Using this method the mucosa and submucosa can be kept in exact and close contact to decrease tissue damage, supply sufficient blood so as to promote healing of the wound.It is believ- ed that Gambee′s single layer anastomosis is a good and safe technique and easy to perform especially when the stomach should be cut more and two layers anastomosis is difficult to do in some cases of cardiac carcinoma.
