摘要
用B超检查并诊断86例胎儿畸形,表述了无脑儿、脊柱裂、脑积水、胎儿多囊肾、胎儿内脏外翻、胎儿臀部畸胎瘤、联体畸形等多种畸形的声像图表现。
Eighty-six cases of fetal malformation were diagnosed by B-
mood ultrasound,54 cases of which completely recorded.In this paper,the
sonographic appearances of various fetal malformation were discribed in
detail,which include anencephalus,split-spine,hydrocephalus,fetal poly-
cystic kidney,abnomalities of the abdominal wall,teratoma of fetal rump
and conjoined twins,etc.The early,direct,rapid diagnosis of B-mood
ultrasound on fetal malformation provides reliable evidences for the clini-
cal treatment of the diseases of this kind.
