脑囊虫病的CT诊断(附110例分析)

THE COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHIC DIAGNOSIS OF CEREBRAL CYSTICERCOSIS:AN ANALYSIS OF 110 CASES

分析了110例各型脑囊虫病的CT表现、各型CT表现的病理基础,提出将CT表现结合囊虫发育的病理演变过程进行分期,以利动态观察与治疗。认为单个不典型病灶易误诊,应特别注意,并观察了24例经口服吡喹酮治疗半年后的疗效。

The CT manifestations of 110 cases of cerebral cysticercosis of various types were analysed and the pathologic bases of CT manifesta- tions of various types were discussed.It is suggested that the CT manife- stations be staged with the pathologic evolution of bladder worm develop- ment so as to conduce to dynamic observation and treatment of the disease,The diagnoses and differential diagnoses of cerebral cysticercosis were briefly discussed.It should be particularly noted that atypical single lesion be easy to be misdiagnosed.The curative effects of 24 cases with praziquantel per os for more than half a year were also observed.
