香菇多糖对恶性血液病患者免疫功能的调控作用

EFFECT OF LENTINAN THERAPY ON THE IMMUNE FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH MALIGNANT HEMATOLOGICAL DISEASES

观察香菇多糖配合化疗治疗对恶性血液病患者细胞免疫功能的影响。恶性血液病６８例（ＡＬ３０例，ＣＬ９例，ＭＬ２９例）分为两组，香菇多糖治疗组４４例，单纯化疗组２４例，香菇多糖组治疗后ＣＤ４、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８及ＮＫ细胞活性明显提高，ＣＤ８及ＨＬＡＤＲ抗原活性减低（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗有效率及Ｈｂ、ＷＢＣ亦高于单纯化疗组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示，香菇多糖配合化疗可提高恶性血液病细胞免疫功能及机体抗肿瘤活性。

In order to assess the effect of lentinan on cell immune function and therapy of malignant hematological diseases, 68 patients with leukemia and lymphoma were randomly divided into 2 groups in double blind trial. 44 patients received chemtherapy plus lentinan for 6 15 weeks while other 24 patients received chemotherapy only. The therapeutic effects and the immune functions were observed. The activity of NK and CD4,the rate of CD4/CD8 in tlymphocyte subset were higher in the group given lentinan, CD8 and HLA DR were lower than those in patients not given lentinan( P <0.05)。Such conclusion can be reached that lentinan can raise the cell immune function and the chemotherapeutic effect in patients with malignant hematological diseases.
