Lp(a)与Ⅱ型糖尿病血管合并症及代谢紊乱的相关性研究

STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP OF LIPOPROTEIN(a) AND METABOLIC DISTURBANCES AND CHRONIC COMPLICATIONS IN NIDDM

测定了５２例Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者Ｌｐ（ａ）、ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ、ＶＬＤＬ、ＬＤＬ、ＡｐｏＡＩ、ＡｐｏＢ１００、ＦＰＧ、ＦＴＭ、Ｃ肽的变化，并与年龄相配的正常对照组相比，结果显示，ＮＩＤＤＭ伴有血管合并症组Ｌｐ（ａ）水平增高，有大血管、微血管病变组分别比无大血管、微血管病变组Ｌｐ（ａ）值增高。有血管合并症组较无血管合并症组ＴＧ明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＮＩＤＤＭ患者ＡｐｏＢ１００较对照组升高，且以有血管合并症组升高为著。有血管合并症组ＶＬＤＬ较对照组升高。相关分析表明，Ｌｐ（ａ）与糖脂代谢指标间无相关性。

Lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) was measured by ELISA in 52 cases of noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus and 20 age matched normal controls. The reaults were as follows: Serum Lp(a) level in NIDDM as a whole, NIDDM with chronic vascular complications including macro and microangiopathy were higher than that in normal controls. The level of triglyceride in the group of NIDDM with angiopathy was higher than that in NIDDM without angiopathy. The level of ApoB 100 in NIDDM especially in those with vascular complications was higher than that in the normal control.The serum VLDL in NIDDM with vascular complications was higher than that in the normal control. Lp(a) level was not significantly related to the level of total cholesterol,triglyceride, LDL,VLDL,HDL,ApoAI,ApoB 100 , FPG,FTM and C peptide. The results indicated that Lp(a) may be the dangerous factor of angiopathy in NIDDM.
