摘要
测定了52例Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者Lp(a)、TC、TG、HDL、VLDL、LDL、ApoAI、ApoB100、FPG、FTM、C肽的变化,并与年龄相配的正常对照组相比,结果显示,NIDDM伴有血管合并症组Lp(a)水平增高,有大血管、微血管病变组分别比无大血管、微血管病变组Lp(a)值增高。有血管合并症组较无血管合并症组TG明显升高(P<0.01)。NIDDM患者ApoB100较对照组升高,且以有血管合并症组升高为著。有血管合并症组VLDL较对照组升高。相关分析表明,Lp(a)与糖脂代谢指标间无相关性。
Lipoprotein(a) (Lp(a)) was measured by ELISA in 52 cases of noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus and 20 age matched normal controls. The reaults were as follows: Serum Lp(a) level in NIDDM as a whole, NIDDM with chronic vascular complications including macro and microangiopathy were higher than that in normal controls. The level of triglyceride in the group of NIDDM with angiopathy was higher than that in NIDDM without angiopathy. The level of ApoB 100 in NIDDM especially in those with vascular complications was higher than that in the normal control.The serum VLDL in NIDDM with vascular complications was higher than that in the normal control. Lp(a) level was not significantly related to the level of total cholesterol,triglyceride, LDL,VLDL,HDL,ApoAI,ApoB 100 , FPG,FTM and C peptide. The results indicated that Lp(a) may be the dangerous factor of angiopathy in NIDDM.
