摘要
用ＣＦＵＧＭ半固体琼脂培养技术研究了抗ＣＤ３单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ）和重组人集落刺激因子（ｒｈＧＭＣＳＦ）对再生障碍性贫血（ＡＡ）患者骨髓ＣＦＵＧＭ体外生长进行研究。结果表明：１０μｇ／ｍｌ的抗ＣＤ３ＭｃＡｂ和０．１μｇ／ｍｌ的ｒｈＧＭＣＳＦ均可增加ＡＡ患者ＣＦＵＧＭ的集落数（Ｐ＜０．０１），抗ＣＤ３ＭｃＡｂ作用较ｒｈＧＭＣＳＦ显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），且不同患者对抗ＣＤ３ＭｃＡｂ和ｒｈＧＭＣＳＦ的敏感性不同。对ＡＡ患者，临床治疗时，应先行药敏试验。
The effects of anti CD 3 McAb and rhGM CSF on the growth of CFU GM from patients with AA were studied by semisolid agar culture system. Both anti CD 3 McAb(10μg/ml) and rhGM CSF(0.1μg/ml) could increase the growth of CFU GM ( P <0.01),but the effects of anti CD 3McAb was significantly stronger than that of rhGM CSF( P <0.01). In different cases, the sensitivities to anti CD 3 McAb and rhGM CSF were different. This study indicates that sensitivity test should be done before AA patients are treated.
