摘要
用CFUGM半固体琼脂培养技术研究了抗CD3单克隆抗体(McAb)和重组人集落刺激因子(rhGMCSF)对再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者骨髓CFUGM体外生长进行研究。结果表明:10μg/ml的抗CD3McAb和0.1μg/ml的rhGMCSF均可增加AA患者CFUGM的集落数(P<0.01),抗CD3McAb作用较rhGMCSF显著(P<0.01),且不同患者对抗CD3McAb和rhGMCSF的敏感性不同。对AA患者,临床治疗时,应先行药敏试验。
The effects of anti CD 3 McAb and rhGM CSF on the growth of CFU GM from patients with AA were studied by semisolid agar culture system. Both anti CD 3 McAb(10μg/ml) and rhGM CSF(0.1μg/ml) could increase the growth of CFU GM ( P <0.01),but the effects of anti CD 3McAb was significantly stronger than that of rhGM CSF( P <0.01). In different cases, the sensitivities to anti CD 3 McAb and rhGM CSF were different. This study indicates that sensitivity test should be done before AA patients are treated.
