摘要
30例健康育龄男性精液的体外杀精试验显示:盐酸异丙嗪具有快速强力杀精作用,当药物浓度在186mmo·L-1(06mg/ml)以上时,在10s内死亡;在0075~124mmol·L-1(0.25~0.4mg/ml)浓度范围内,其杀精作用随药物浓度增加和作用时间延长而增强。当浓度为031mmol·L-1(0.1mg/ml)作用时间为30min时,杀精作用可接近或达到100%;而浓度为12mmol.L-1(0.4mg/ml)时。
The spermicidal effect of promethazine hydrochloride was measured on 30 cases of human fresh sperm in vitro. The result showed that the spermatozoa motility of all samples as braked in 10 seconds at or over the concentration of 1.86mmol·L -1 (0.6mg/ml) . This indicated that promethazine hydrochloride was a powerful spermicide for human sperm. The effect of promethazine hydrochloride is strengthened with increasing concentration from 0.075mmol·L -1 to 1.24mmol·L -1 (0.025~0.4mg/ml). At a concentration of 0.31mmol·L -1 (0.1mg/ml),spermatozoa were not all killed until 30 min after contacting with the drug; but at 1.24mmol·L -1 (0.4mg/ml), they were killed within 5 min(average 1.5min). The result demonstrated that promethazine hydrochloride was more effective as a spermicide than propranolol on human sperm.
