摘要
应用牛脑微血管内皮细胞(BCMEC)培养技术,研究氧自由基过氧化氢(HP)对BCMEC损伤的作用。30%HP(3μmol/ml)与BCMEC共同孵育30min,可明显损伤BCMEC;甘糖酯(0.4、0.8、1.6mg/ml)可显著保护HP引起的BCMEC损伤,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放减少。
The injury of bovine cerebromicrovessel endothelial cells(BCMEC) by 30% hydrogen peroxide
was investigated in culture. BCMECS were damaged by hydrogen peroxide at the concentration
3μmol/ml after 30 minutes incubation and the experiment showed that catalase and propylend
glycol mannate sulfate (PGMS) could protect BCMEC from damage induced by hydrogen
peroxide. The results suggested that the protective effects of PGMS on BCMEC injury may
probably play an important role in the potential use of cerebrovascular diseases.
