摘要 目的:研究马兰的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从马兰80%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:正三十三烷(Ⅰ)、hexadecanol(Ⅱ)、大黄酚(Ⅲ)、香草醛(Ⅳ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、豆甾醇(Ⅶ)、亚油酸(Ⅷ)、大黄素(Ⅸ)。结论:除化合物Ⅳ、Ⅵ外,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分得,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ对CC l4诱导的肝损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Kalimeris indica.Methods:Compounds were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,their structures were determined by using spectroscopic analysis including MS and NMR.Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as tritriacontane(Ⅰ),hexadecanol(Ⅱ),chrysophanol(Ⅲ),vanillin(Ⅳ),physcion(Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ),stigmasterol(Ⅶ),leinoleic acid(Ⅶ),emodin(Ⅸ).Conclusion:All of them,except compound Ⅳ、Ⅵ,are isolated from this genus for the first time.Compound Ⅲ、Ⅳ had the protective effects with the toxicity of CCl4 on primary cultered hepatocytes.
