摘要
目的:研究维生素C对中脑神经细胞生长功能的影响。方法:采用大鼠胚胎中脑神经细胞进行体外培养,观察不同浓度(0.001~100mol/L)维生素C(VC)对中脑细胞生长发育的影响。结果:培养5天的细胞存活数在0.001-0.1mol/L,VC组与对照组之间无明显差别,10mol/LVC组中脑神经细胞集落数目、长度、胞体面积、细胞蛋白质相对含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而50~100mol/LVC组存活的细胞数明显降低。结论:10mol/LVC对体外培养中脑神经细胞的生长发育有一定的促进生长分化作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of vitamin C on the growth of midbrain neurocytes. Methods: Dissociated midbrain neuocyte culture of rat embryo was used. Results: There was no significant difference between the VC group (VC 0.001-0.1mol/L) and the control group (no VC) in the surviving cell number. When VC was increased to 10mol/L, there was a significant difference between the two groups in cell micelle number, length, brain surface area and cell protein (P<0.05). The surviving cell number was decreased in the VC group when VC concentration was from 50 to 100mol/L. Conclusion: Vitamin C could stimulate the growth of midbrain neurocyte in cell culture when VC concentration was 10mol/L.
