摘要
目的:通过研究,了解不同来源的膳食纤维对实验性糖尿病模型的治疗效果,为研制开发适合糖尿病患者食用的膳食纤维食品提供实验依据。方法:通过建立大鼠四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型,以不同来源的膳食纤维,包括动物多糖类的甲壳素,微生物多糖类的黄原胶,诱导体多糖类的羧甲基纤维素,植物性来源的褐藻胶、卡拉胶、麦麸纤维和玉米芯纤维。在同一剂量下,比较这些膳食纤维对糖尿病的治疗效果。结果:膳食纤维可以降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖浓度,改善糖耐量,且无毒副作用,但不同膳食纤维的治疗效果不同。可溶性胶类降血糖效果明显,而甲壳素的降血糖效果更好。结论:食用高膳食纤维食品可明显改善糖尿病症状,在应用上应选择优质膳食纤维研制降血糖食品。
Objective: To investigate the curing effect of dietary fibres on alloxan induced diabetes mellitus in rats and provide data for using these diatary fibres in curing diabetes patients. Method: The effects of different dietary fibres on alloxan diabetes mellitus model were investigated by applying the same dose. Results: It was suggested that all tested fibres could reduce the blood glucose concentration, improve the glucose tolerance with little side effects.The therapeutic effects varied among different fibres,the soluble ones acted better than others.the chitin showed the best. Conclusion: The foods high in dietary fibres are recommended as foods for diabetic patients and the good quality dietary fibres are preferable.
