Analysis of Safety and practical Pilotage Operation in Inland River for Large Cruise Ships

随着国际邮轮经济的发展,大型邮轮频繁挂靠上海港。由于受黄浦江通航水域的特点和其他环境条件的限制与约束,这类船舶在上海黄浦江的掉头操作具有较大的难度。根据船舶引航操作的特点和经验,以大型豪华邮轮的实际操作过程与经验为例,介绍了这种船舶在黄浦江掉头的特点与难度,并着重就其掉头时应考虑的因素、具体操作方法及注意事项进行了论述。

With the development of international cruise ship economy,there is increasing number of larger cruise ships calling at Shanghai Port.Due to the characteristics and constraints of environmental conditions in navigable area of the Huangpu River,it is difficult for large cruise ships to turn short round in this water area.This paper explains the particular difficulties and operation experience of piloting larger cruise ships in Huangpu River.The factors that should be considered in turning short round,and concrete operation methods and points for attention in turning short round of large cruise ships are given.
