健脾消癌方防止裸鼠大肠癌术后肝转移的实验研究

Experimental Study on Jianpi Xiao`ai Recipe to Prevent Liver Metastases of Colorectal Cancer after Operation in Nude Mice

目的:研究健脾消癌方防止裸鼠大肠癌术后肝转移及其作用机制。方法:建立裸鼠人大肠癌细胞肝转移模型,将裸鼠随机分为模型组、西药组、中药组和假手术组,观察各组裸鼠的肝转移发生情况,测定裸鼠血清VEGF的表达。结果:中药组裸鼠肝转移癌结节低于模型对照组,血清VEFG的表达明显低于模型组,其差异均有统计学意义。结论:健脾消癌方能抵制大肠癌术后模型裸鼠的肝转移,其作用可能与降低血清VEFG的表达有关。

Objective：To discuss the function mechanism of Recipe JianPiXiaoaiFang to preventing liver metastasis of nude mice colorectal cancer.Methods：To make the model on HCCC spleen transplant and liver metastasis of nude mice colorectal cancer.The nude mice are randomly divided into the group of Model group,Chemotherapy group,Traditional Chinese Compound Recipe group and blank group.The conditions of liver metastasis are observed and the contents of VEGF in blood serum are measured.Results：The cancer nodules of liver metastasis in the Traditional Chinese Compound Recipe group is lower than the Model group with a distinct difference.Traditional Chinese Compound Recipe group can obviously reduce the contents of VEGF in blood serum,and it had significant differences compared with Model group.Conclusions：The Traditional Chinese Compound Recipe JianPiXiaoaiFang can obviously help nude mice with colorectal cancer after operation inhibit tumor metastasis,and the effect is probably correlated with reducing the contents of VEGF in blood serum.
