双三口服液对实验COPD大鼠血清白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察双三口服液对COPD大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α的影响,探讨其对COPD的作用机理。方法:将48只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、治疗组和对照组。采用2次气管内注入脂多糖加烟熏造模后,治疗组给予双三口服液,对照组给予地塞米松,空白组和模型组均给予生理盐水,4组均以灌胃给药28d。后行支气管肺泡灌洗并计数灌洗液中细胞数及分类,放射免疫法测定各组大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α的含量。麻醉后剥离胸腺和脾脏电子天平称重。结果:治疗组和对照组大鼠血清IL-8、TNF-α水平较模型组均明显下降(P<0.05),模型组大鼠脾脏指数和胸腺指数明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:双三口服液能降低COPD大鼠血清IL-8及TNF-α水平,提高机体免疫功能,对COPD有较好的防治作用。 Objective:To observe the effects of shuangsan oral on IL-8 and TNF-α in experimental rats’serums with COPD,and study it’s mechanism of proventing and treating COPD.Methods:48 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,treating group and control group.COPD models were established by pouring Lipopolysacchride(LPS) into trachea and putting rats into smoking environment 2 times a day.The rats in treating group were fed with shuangsan oral for 28 days while the rats in control group were fed with dexamethasone.Interleukin cell count and classification of the cells in BALF were examined.The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in serums of rats in each group was measured with RIA.Stripping its thymus and spleen after anesthesia,and electronic weighing its quality.Results:The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in rats’serum of treatment group and control group were obviously less than that of the model group(P 0.05).The spleen and thymus index of rat was significantly lower(P 0.05).Conclusion:Shuangsan oral can reduce the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in rats’serum with COPD and improve its immune function.And this show that it has better prevention and treatment role on COPD.
