止喘汤对哮喘大鼠血清IL-13、IgE及肺功能作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨止喘汤对哮喘大鼠血清白细胞介素13(IL-13)、IgE、气道高反应性(Re)及病理变化的作用。方法:30只大鼠分成模型组、正常组、治疗组,经卵蛋白免疫建立模型,止喘汤灌胃4周。经酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清IL-13、IgE含量;应用肺功能仪测定Re,光镜下观察病理变化。结果:治疗组大鼠血清IL-13、IgE水平较模型组低(P<0.01);模型组Re较高,与正常组、治疗组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组病理变化明显强于正常组、治疗组。结论:止喘汤可降低哮喘大鼠血清IL-13、IgE水平,可改善气道高反应性,值得进一步探讨。 Objective:To explore the effect of zhichuan decoction on interleukin 13,IgE,responsiveness and pathological change in the serum of asthmatic rat.Methods:Thirty rats were divided into 3 groups:the model group,the control group,the therapeutic group.The asthmatic models of rat were established by immunized with ovalbumin(OVA),zhichuan decoction was given in four weeks.The contents of IL-13,IgE in the serum were measured by ELISA.The mean expiratory resistance(Re)of rats were tested by pulmonary function.Results:The level of IL-13,IgE in the serum of the therapeutic group was lower than that of the sensitized group(P 0.01).The Re of the sensitized group was higher then that of the control and therapeutic group.The sensitized group showed a significant difference in the pathological change.Conclusion:zhichuan decoction could reduce the level of IL-13,IgE in the serum of asthmatic rat and reduce airway responsiveness.It is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine on anti-asthma and is worth exploring.
