摘要
对动物淋巴系的研究有助于探讨临床上某些疾病所造成的淋巴水肿的机理。对两栖类动物的淋巴囊进行了电镜观察,其细胞结构与哺乳类动物的毛细淋巴管内皮细胞有相似之处。
The wall of amphibian lymph sac was formed by the endothelial
cells.The fire structure of the cells was more similar to the cells of initial
lymphatics in mammary.There were four types of intercellular junction:open,
end to end,overlapping and complex.Many projections of the cells stretched
into the luminal and abluminal surfaces.The cytoplasmic processes which ex-
tended the luminal surface had not basement membrane to be found.The cyto-
plasmic projections which extended,however,into the connective tissues were
obvious continuous basement membrane to be observed.There were,especially,
some thin anchoring filaments between cytoplasmic processes and connective
tissue or striated muscles.
