基于特征曲线法的复合材料螺栓连接强度三维分析方法 被引量:1

摘要 提出一种基于复合材料三维应力分析的特征曲线法,用于计算复合材料螺栓连接件的连接强度,该方法与基于二维应力分析的特征曲线法相比,可以考虑螺栓拧紧力矩对接头强度的影响。通过对算例的分析及与试验结果的对比,证明提出的三维特征曲线法是可用于复合材料螺栓连接强度分析,是一种适合工程计算的有效方法。 A three-dimensional characteristic curve method based on the composite materials three-dimensional stress analysis is proposed,which used to calculate the strength of the composite materials connection bolt ,this method can be considered bolt tightening torque on the joint strength which is based on two-dimensional stress analysis of the characteristic curve method. Through the results of example and the test results ,the three-dimensional characteristic curve method could be used for strength analysis of composite materials bolt which is an effective method for engineering calculations can be proof.
