256通道并行前置放大器是静止轨道地球辐射探测仪的一项关键技术。对256元线列热敏探测器前放设计方案、电阻跨导放大器设计及前放噪声模型进行了详细论述,并给出了仿真计算结果。
Design of the 256x1 element linear infrared thermistor bolometer array pre-amplifiers is a key technology of the Geostationary earth radiation budget radiometer. A dissertation of the elements of the 256x1 element linear infrared thermistor bolometer array pre-amplifiers and noise model and the emulate results are focused.
