摘要
采用正交试验方法研究了主盐、还原剂、络合剂、纳米SiO2材料4因素对Ni-P-SiO2化学复合镀层性能的影响。试验表明:纳米SiO2材料添加量对镀层性能的影响最大,络合剂次之。当主盐30g/L,还原剂25g/L,络合剂20ml/L,纳米SiO26g/L时,镀层显微硬度达HV889.21,磨损量仅20.6mg,且镀层分布均匀。
By means of the orthogonal experiments,the paper studied four factors which were main salt,reducing agent,complexing agent and nano-SiO2 materials affected on the performance of the Ni-P-SiO2 composite coating. Results showed that the amount of nano-SiO2 materials adding in the solution was the most important factor,and complexing agent followed. When main salt 30 g/L,reducing agent 25 g/L,complexing agents 20 mL/L,nano-SiO2 6 g/L,the composite coating gained the best performance. The hardness is HV889.21,the abrasion loss is 20.6 mg,and the surface of the coating is uniformity.
