摘要
目的:测定中草药中痕量锗。方法:采用同步荧光分析法。在乙醇介质中,以磷酸调节试液酸度,桑色素乙醇溶液为络合剂。结果:Ge-桑色素络合物的最佳峰位λex=427nm,Δλ=70nm。在0~200ng·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=09996),最低检出限为05ng·mL-1。结论:实验证明,该法用于中草药中痕量锗的测定灵敏方便。
Objective: A synchronous fluorimetry method has been developed to determine the chinese herbal medicine. Method: In ethanol medium,phosphoric acid was used to adjust the acidity of the solution,morin-C\-2H\-5OH solution as the complex reagent. Results: The optium wavelength of Ge-Morin complex at ex=427 nm,=70 nm.The linear ranges was 0200 ngmL-1(r=09996).The detection limit was 05 ngmL-1. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and convenient for determination of chinese herbal medicine.It has been applied to the determinations of some marketing samples and the results are satisfactory.
