摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定仙茅中仙茅苷的含量。方法:样品经甲醇提取,色谱柱为AltimaC18(5μm,46mm×250mm),柱温40℃,甲醇-异丙醇-水(20∶5∶75)为流动相,流速10mL·min-1,检测波长283nm。结果:仙茅苷在025~259μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为9967%,RSD为26%(n=4)。结论:本方法简便、可靠,重现性好。
Objective: An assay method was set up for the determination of curculigoside in rhizomes of Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.by HPLC . Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follows:Alltima C18 column(5 m,46 mm250 mm ),the mobile phase methanol-isopropylalcohol-water (20575) and detection at 283 nm. Results: The calibration curve was in good linearity over the concentration range of 025259 g (r=10000) The average recovery was 9967%,RSD was 26%(n=4). Conclusion: The method is simple,reliable and reproducible.
