摘要
目的:为控制鳖甲煎胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量,建立了高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:色谱柱为TSKgel-ODS-80TS(250mm×46mm),流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25),流速为05mL·min-1,检测波长为294nm。结果:厚朴酚与和厚朴酚均在20~320ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均为09999,回收率分别为1051%和1015%。结论:本文建立的高效液相色谱法为测定鳖甲煎胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚提供了可靠的分析方法。
Objective: A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determination of magnolol and honokinol in Biejiajian Capsules. Method: The reversed-phase system consisting of ODS silica gel column and MeOH-water(7525) as the mobile phase.The eluate with a flow rate of 05 mLmin-1 was detected at the wavelength of 294 nm. Results: The calibration curves were linear between 20320 ng(r=09999),the recoveries were 1015 % and 1051 % respectively. Conclusion: This RP-HPLC method is simple,rapid,accurate,and is suitable for the determination of magnolol and honokinol in Biejiajian Capsules.
