Ⅲ.OBSERVATIONS ON THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM OF RABBIT′S EAR

51例兔耳皮下注射普鲁士蓝氯仿溶液,观察到兔耳背、腹面均有丰富的浅、深淋巴管网,以背面丰富;耳根部集合淋巴管总数为6～15条(其中7～14条占96%),依其伴行的神经血管束分为:背面中央束、前边缘束、后边缘束和腹面中央束;兔耳背面的淋巴经背面中央束和前、后边缘束回流,腹面淋巴大部分经背面淋巴管束回流,少部分由腹面中央束回流;兔耳的局部淋巴结包括耳淋巴结群和颈深淋巴结。

51 cases of rabbit′s ears with intact head and neck were used. 30% Prussion blue choloroform was injected into the subcutaneous tissue of the dorsal and ventral surfaces of rabbit′s ear with 4.5 syringe needle.The speci- mens were fixated in 10% formaldehyde solution for one week,then dissected, observed,drawn and photographed.The results are as follows:the rabbit′s ear possesses a rich lymphatic plexus of both superficial and deep vessels,es- pecially richer in the dorsal surface.The collecting lymphatics around the base of rabbit′s ear is 6～15 in number,which were divided into four bundles—the anterior and the posterior marginal bundles,and the dorsal and the ventral central bundles—according to the neurovascular bundle they accompanied.The lymph of the dorsal surface of rabbit′s ear flows through the anterior and the posterior marginal bundles and the dorsal central bundle,and that of the ven- tral surface most partly through the lymphatics of the dorsal surface and partly- through the ventral central bundle.The regional lymph nodes consist of the auricular lymph nodes and the deep lymph node of neck.
