摘要
目前青霉素G仍然是治疗梅毒首选药物。然而,对于青霉素过敏者,如何选择药物是一个值得重视的问题。头孢曲松是三代头孢菌素,近年来体外试验和临床研究均表明头孢曲松治疗梅毒具有较好的疗效,尤其是对早期梅毒疗效肯定,可以作为青霉素G的替代性药物。建议进行更大规模的、多中心的随机对照性研究,来进一步比较头孢曲松和青霉素治疗梅毒的疗效。
Penicillin G remains currently the first line recommendations for the treatment of syphilis.However,when the patients have penicillin allergy,it is a challenging dilemma for clinicians as to what antibiotics to choose for the treatment.Ceftriaxone is a third-generation cephalosporin and has showed good therapeutic effect both experimentally and clinically based on recent clinical data.The treatment efficacy of ceftriaxone in early syphilis is especially satisfactory and it can be used as an alternative for penicillin.Lager scale and multi-center randomized controlled trials were suggested for further comparison and evaluation.
