摘要
本文采用海人酸(Kainicacid,KA)诱发大鼠癫痫模型,结果表明,6、10、14mg/kg三种不同剂量的KA分别给大鼠腹腔注射,均能建立较好的癫痫模型;且随着KA剂量的增加,大鼠癫痫发作的潜伏期、发作时间均明显的缩短(P<001),但死亡率则增加。
Kainic acid(KA) was used in inducing epilepsy model in rats. The results showed that the model could be estalished by intraperitioneal injection of three doses of KA(6、10、14mg/kg), and it also showed the latent period and the time of seizure was significantly reduced ( P <0 01) and the dead rate was increasing.
