大蒜素抗血小板聚集的研究

STUDY ON ALLITRIDI ANTI-PLATELET AGGREGATION

体外观察大蒜素对血小板膜腺苷酸环化酶(AC),环腺苷酸磷酸二酯酶(PDE)的活力、血小板聚集和血小板cAMP水平的影响。结果显示,大蒜素有明显抗血小板聚集作用,能提高血小板cAMP水平,并对血小板PDE活力有明显的抑制作用,但对AC活力无直接影响。

The adenylase(AC)and phosphodiesterase(PDE)were extracted from human platlet.The activity of AC and PDE and the level of platelet cAMP and inhibition of platelet aggregation were observed in vitro.The data indicate that allitridi has a powerful anti-platelet aggregation effect and could increase platelet cAMP level and could,inhibit PDE activity sig- nificantly and has no effect on AC activity.It is suggested that mecha- nism of allitridi anti-platelet aggregation may be an increase of platelet cAMP by inhibiting PDE activity.
