摘要
目的:探讨"知心"护理服务文化的实施及影响。方法:树立"知心"护理服务文化理念,制定"知心"护理服务标准,从2007年开始在心血管内科实施"知心"护理服务。结果:提高了病人满意度及护理工作质量,健康教育覆盖率及合格率提高,护理人员的职业成就感也得以提升。结论:"知心"护理服务文化在提升医院服务品牌方面发挥了积极作用。
Objective: To explore the implementation and impact of "intimate" care. Methods: We began to implement intimate nursing care from 2007 after establishing philosophy of intimate care and developing the care standards. Results: Patient satisfaction and care quality improved. More patients got professional health education. And nurses also got professional developments. Conclusion: Intimate nursing care culture played an active role in improving hospital service brand.
