目前，在不少矿业发达国家，煤层气已经发展成为比较成熟的产业．并纷纷建立了相对完善的法律体系。然而，在中国，煤层气产业的商业化发展还远远不够，相关法律政策亦不尽如人意。存在诸多不确定性甚至空白区域，煤层气项目的法律及政策风险曾一度成为国内外投资者的忧虑之一。

At present,in many developed country of mine industry coal bet gas has become mature industry,and relatively perfect law system has been established.However in China commercial development of this industry isn't mature,having many uncertainty and blank space,corresponding law policy is deficient,which was regarded as one of worriment of investor at home and abroad.So how to defend the crisis of coal bet gas item has been focus noticed prevalently by plenty ofinvestors,and has greatly realistic meaning.Things should be paid attention to,such as risk and defending of admission and approving about large item,rights of gas and mine,daily business law,and cooperation of coal bet gas and so on.After all,defending in advance is more significant than remediation afterwards.
