It had five years since 'old thirty six items'(《several opinions on encouraging and guiding development of privately-operated and so on nonpublic sectors of the economy》) were drawn up,now 'new thirty six items' are established which is regarded as another milestone of opening private investment h field,we all pay attentions to actions and achievements of private investment under the new policy and developmental environment.On May 13,state department drew up《several opinions on encouraging and guiding private investment towards health》(new thirty six items),in these items entry barrier was reduced in several fields including basic industry and infrastructure,municipal public utilities and policy housing construction,finance and so on,which provide a wild market space for private investment.The insiders put high value on the file,which is the first document pointed to how to manage and control private investment development.They indicate that,'new thirty six items' has strategic signif icance,because it is the smooth and steady ending of package program of simulating economy by government,and beginning of stepping into the persistent and healthy development and endogenous growth track.At the same time it is also important to boost independent innovation of economy,work out increasing income gap and other social problems.
