The international financial crisis made and still makes influence on the world economy.As the core of the newly developing method of the international settlements the international factoring has also involved in the crisis.Based on analysis of the transmission mechanism by which financial crisis influences international factoring the result shows that the deterioration of the international trade and shortage of business cash flow are the main conduction means the shrinking of the international trade base the deterioration of trade terms and the trade protection all together limit the development of the factoring the liquidity is a critical factor which directly influences financial institutions and the import and export enterprises＇management level and ability to pay its debts.Under the condition of financial crisis the exporters have to face much more risks than other participants in factoring businesses.Therefore in order to enhance the ability to resist risks the exporters should hold out rational analysis make prudent decisions strengthen financial management and develop the e-business.
