Discussion and Research on the New Mode of Hospital Medical Record Management

介绍医院病案管理的概念及内容,提出目前医院病案管理存在的问题,指出电子病案是适应现阶段病案管理需求的新模式。阐述电子病案在国内外的应用现状,剖析我国电子病案应用中存在的问题,结合山西省乡宁县医院的具体实践探讨电子病案在医院中的实际应用。

The paper introduces the concept and the content of medical record management, in which existing problems are proposed. It points out that electronic medical record is a new mode adapting to the requirements of medical records management at the present stage. With the description of international and domestic utilization situation, the paper analyzes the existing problems in applying of electronic medical record. Combining with the specific practices of Xiangning country hospital in Shanxi province, it probes the actual application of electronic medical record in hospitals.
