摘要 目的:评价在艾滋病高发地区农村高中学生中开展生活技能培训对他们艾滋病相关知识和态度的影响。方法:在河南省上蔡县选择2所高中的所有一年级学生为干预组,开展为期3个月的生活技能培训;选择生源素质相近的另一所高中的一年级学生为对照组,不开展干预活动。干预活动开展前后分别进行匿名自填问卷调查,评价干预活动效果。结果:干预组学生的艾滋病知识得分(78.79)明显高于对照组(57.58)。干预组对HIV感染者的态度转变明显,他们更愿意接纳和关爱身边的HIV感染者。干预组92.7%的学生认为有必要在学校教育中全面开展这样的生活技能培训。多因素分析显示,生活技能培训、同伴和父母的态度和观点对农村地区高中学生的艾滋病相关知识和态度的影响很大。结论:以生活技能培训方式开展的短期(3个月)性与生殖健康教育对提高学生的艾滋病知识、转变学生对HIV感染者的态度有明显的效果。 Objective:To evaluate the impact of life-planning skills(LPS)training on HIV/AIDS related knowledge and attitude among senior high school students in Shangcai,a county with high HIV prevalence.Methods:The study was conducted in three senior high schools of Shangcai County with comparable socio-cultural,economic and demographic characteristics,two as the intervention sites and one as the control.A three-month LPS training course was conducted among all grade one students in the intervention schools.The baseline survey was conducted in the three sites prior to the intervention,and a similar survey was conducted in the same three sites three months after the intervention was initiated.Data were collected through the questionnaires to evaluate the effects of the intervention actions.Results:The median score of HIV/AIDS knowledge was higher in the intervention group(78.79)than that in the control group(57.58).The attitude of the students toward people living with HIV and AIDS in the intervention group also showed obvious improvement after the intervention.More students from the intervention groups would prefer to accept and care about the people living with HIV and AIDS.In the endline survey,92.70 percent of the students in the intervention groups suggested that LPS training for adolescents should be carried out among all thd middle school students in Shangcai County.Multivariate analysis indicated that peers and parents had a significant effects on the students' HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes in the rural senior high schools.Conclusion:Three months of short-term sexual and reproductive health education for provision of LPS training can significantly improve students' HIV/AIDS knowledge,resulting in more positive attitudes toward people living with HIV and AIDS.
