摘要
总结2006年～2009年收治的60例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿的护理经验,主要包括密切观察病情变化、呼吸道护理、心理护理和健康宣教、绝对卧床休息、发热护理、饮食护理、输液护理和防止交叉感染。认为传染性单核细胞增多症病情复杂,患儿易发生多脏器功能受损而危及生命,有效的临床护理措施至关重要。
The nursing care for 60 children with infectious mononucleosis during Year 2006 to Year 2009 were summarized, including the observation of clinical signs and symptoms, respiratory tract care, psychological nursing, health education, bed rest, fever care, diet care, transfusion care, and cross infection prevention. It was considered that infectious mononucleosis to he very serious to multiple organ failure and effective clinical nursing care is critical.
